A candid portrait of isolation during the height of the pandemic: DOCUMENT JOURNAL premieres ‘Pause’↓
“There’s a lot of freedom in solitude”
Voices from all corners of the city on finding joy and connection while in isolation
‘Pause’ was put together during the height of the pandemic by Gillian Zinser in an effort to create a reminder of the power of our communion, as we experienced this unique duality of both extreme isolation and extraordinary connectivity in New York during the lockdown.
Independent New York culture, arts, and fashion magazine DOCUMENT JOURNAL premiered the film exclusively. The publication focuses on American and global culture and features prominent voices of art, literature, and fashion. The film went on to get a coveted VIMEO Staff Picks.
‘Tell Me How You Feel’ – Gillian’s photography during this time – has become candid photo series published on Instagram. You can view a selection in our Community post.
